职位描述

He/she Will be



  • Troubleshoot user technical problems/issues related to
    computer hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet

  • Responsible for timely resolution of problems or
    escalation on behalf of customer to 2nd and 3rd line support teams.

  • Support OS installation/initialization for laptop and
    iPhone and perform basic level troubleshooting

  • Install general software and configure ( Office,
    anti-virus software and etc.)

  • Maintain general hardware system and set-up (relocate computers, other IT equipment, cabling)



Must have:



  • Good communication skills and workable English
    capability

  • Understanding of network concept. CCNA or HCNA would be
    nice to have

  • Working experience in IT help-desk service area.

  • Good knowledge of Desktop operating system: Windows 10
    and Hardware

  • Basic understand of Active directory , Group policy and
    scripting
