职位描述
1.Client Engagement & Business Development
-Assist in expanding onshore/offshore client networks (retail and institutional), including lead generation, pitchbook preparation, and relationship management.
-Participate in roadshows, client meetings, and investor conferences to present fund strategies and market insights.
-Maintain CRM systems to track client interactions, preferences, and feedback for targeted follow-ups.
-Active Client Engagement: Candidates must be active and outgoing in client out reach activities
-Be adaptive to business trip arrangements
2.Marketing Content & Digital Platforms
-Develop and update engaging content for WeChat official accounts, newsletters, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and compliance guidelines.
-Create marketing material (e.g., brochures, infographics, videos) to showcase fund performance, market outlooks, and product features.
-Analyze digital engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to optimize content strategy.
3.Product Distribution & Sales Support
-Collaborate with investment teams to promote fixed income, equity, and alternative investment products across Asia-Pacific markets.
-Prepare tailored pitch decks, fact sheets, and competitive analysis for product launches and client proposals.
-Support post-trade client servicing, including portfolio updates, performance reporting, and ad-hoc queries.
4.New Product Development
-Conduct market research to identify emerging trends (e.g., ESG-themed funds, digital assets) and client demand gaps.
-Assist in structuring new fund proposals, including feasibility studies, regulatory considerations, and competitor benchmarking.
-Coordinate with legal, compliance, and investment teams to streamline product launch timelines.
