Responsibilities:

· As a member of project team, responsible for design, procurement service and construction management of instrument & control;

· Prepare design specification/URS on concept or basic design phase;

· Cost estimate on basic design phase;

· Prepare P&ID, instrument list, datasheet, sequence of operation, installation detail, layout and all design documents on detail design phase.

· Prepare specification of control system, field instrument, control valve and installation.

· Prepare technical tender documents for procurement of I&C package.

· Evaluate vendor’s bidding documents and manage vendor shop design;

· Work across functionally with process, mechanical, CSA and electrical engineers;

· Join and supervise FAT, SAT of control system and equipment, control logic and software configuration checking before commissioning;

Requirements

· Instrument background on electronic and/or pharmaceutical industrial.

· A minimum of 8 years’ experience on engineering, experience in international company is preferred.

· Bachelor degree in automation, instrument engineering and related disciplines.

· Good knowledge of Facility Monitoring and Control System (FMCS) and Building Automation (BAS). Knowledge of process automation is preferred.

· Experience on telecom system (Fire alarm, security, CCTV, generic cabling) is preferred.

· Good knowledge of engineering, including scope developing, cost estimate, definitive design work;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

· Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD;

· Willing to travel and relocation
