Main Duties

Quantity survey base on drawings/technical documents of MEP system from Clients, LDI and Technical;

Compilation of BOQ;

Had knowledge and practical experience of cost economic index of MEP project, be familiar with cost index information of estimation, budget, estimate and participate in database construction;

Assisted the team to carry out the work effectively, and was responsible for the calculation of bidding quantity and cost compilation of MEP;

To undertake periodic analysis of project cost and put forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions.Attend to other relevant project cooperate matters as assigned

Requirements

College Degree or above Degree in HVAC , ELEC&ELV( include High/ Medium/Low Voltage), Plumbing,Chemical.

8-9 years of MEP cost estimator experience (had project experience that is preferred)

Working experience in cost estimation or engineering/construction;

Experience in field of Quantity surveyors, Construction project budgeting, Cost control and Estimating (prefer the candidate from Construction field)

Had ATF,LSS, Date Center project experience that is preferred
