Role & Responsibilities:
1. Short Video Execution:
Demonstrate creative scriptwriting and copywriting abilities. Responsible for video briefs, script development, revision feedback, and strictly overseeing video production. Review content quality and execute shopping cart collaborations. Rapidly iterate content leveraging TikTok trends to boost organic traffic efficiency.
2. KOL/KOC Matrix:
Establish a targeted KOL/KOC matrix aligned with brand positioning and product categories. Identify and onboard KOLs matching product tonality for precision content distribution.
3. Results-Driven Performance:
Achieve TikTok shopping cart short video sales targets (GMV & ROI) and oversee consumption of self-streaming promotional materials.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in TikTok short video and ad campaigns; prior success with viral content preferred.
2. Track record in social commerce (health & wellness, maternal/child, FMCG, or beauty industries). Familiarity with TikTok short video collaboration models.
3. Keen insight into TikTok platform dynamics with strong trendspotting abilities. Excellent creativity and planning skills.
4. Results-oriented mindset. Quick learner adaptable to new concepts. Innovative, proactive thinker with strong execution capabilities. Diligent in completing assigned tasks.
Role& Responsibilities:
短视频营销落地:有创意脚本及文案撰写能力,负责视频brief,脚本撰写,返稿修订等沟通工作,严格把关视频产出,审核内容,并执行挂车合作。结合抖音热点快速迭代内容形式,提升自然流量撬动效率。
达人矩阵:基于品牌阶段和品类方向指定达人矩阵,挖掘并建立与产品调性匹配的达人,进行精准内容投放。
结果导向:完成抖音挂车短视频销售目标,包括GMV和ROI,并对自播素材消耗负责。
Requirements:
熟悉抖音线上短视频、广告投放经验,有爆文经验优先。
大健康,母婴,食品,美妆等行业带货经验,熟悉抖音短视频带货合作模式。
对抖音平台动态有敏锐的洞察力,善于挖掘热点,有良好的创意和策划能力。
销售结果导向,可以快速的接受新事物、新知识、有想法、思维活跃、行动力和执行力强、认真完成上级指定的工作任务
