【职位描述】
Lab Measurement:
- Well operate different types of lab equipment’s(e.g, Instron, CMM etc) and conduct primary/secondary pkg materials,
- Well-known testing criteria of different types of pkg material, but as well of ISTA
- Good knowledge of measurement failure analysis/further capability building

Lab management:
- Work closely with pkg community/pkg developers and understand all employed lab techniques and their routine operation.
- Daily/weekly management on testing demand and operation of lab equipment, annual calibration,
- Ensure Unilever policy of lab system, testing method etc.. have been well implemented in SH pkg lab
- Ensure lab 5S/ SHE compliance

Others:
- Support the necessary lab works assigned by lab manager and complete on time.

【任职要求】
- Have knowledge of different type of pkg materials such as rigid pack, flexible, paper etc..
- Good verbal and written communication skills(both English & Chinese)
- Passion to work in a Practical & lab- based setting
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email)
- Ability of inspection, problem feedback, technical learning, Hardworking and to be able to pay attention to details.
- Good time management skill, strong ownership and responsibility
- Personality with detail focus, patient, and rigorous
- Prefer to have lab experiences worked on packaging materials or worked on packaging quality control area as QC/QA.
- 4-5 years or above experience in FMCG or pack supplier in fields.
