Responsibilities
• You will look to develop clean code using practices like BDD, TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, pair & mob programming
• You will use continuous integration & delivery practices (DevOps) to improve software delivery speed & quality
• You will work in collaborative, product/platform-focused teams to build customer-centric experiences that will be used by employees, healthcare providers, patients, and our communities
• Learn and implement the newest technologies and software development techniques to deliver next-generation digital healthcare solutions
Requirements
Must Have:
• You understand software analysis, design, and coding concepts
• You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• You have a passion for learning and a desire to create meaningful digital solutions to improve the trajectory of health for humanity
• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• You have 4+ years of full stack development experience using two or more development languages (JavaScript, Typescript, Python, React, Nodejs etc.) with experience in functional programming and/or object-oriented programming
• You will have experience leading a team of 4-6 people
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) code smells
• You have experience with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
