Overview: We are seeking highly skilled Java Developers with 5 to 10 years of work experience. One of the position requires more than 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development and a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications. You will be responsible for Java application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that are often high-volume and low-latency.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
Ensure designs comply with specifications and meet user requirements.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
Proven working experience in Java development.
Experience in the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Strong core Java knowledge.
Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus).
Knowledge of financial markets or obtaining a CFA certificate is a plus.
Experience with test-driven development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
