Responsibilities:
1. Support coordination between OEs and customers
a) Regularly meet customers and collect customers' request and level of satisfaction.
b) Regularly discuss with program managers from headquarter.
c) Initiatively contribute to enhance trust and understanding between the headquarters and the customers.
d) Initiatively contribute to achieving agreements between the headquarters and the customers
e) Identify issues or risk and escalate with proposing solutions.
2.Lead local resources to ensure team performance
a) Propose and monitor budget regarding local resources for program.
b) Lead local stakeholders and ensure good support to headquarters and to customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Experience in program management/coordination.
3. Knowledge of the different fields involved in program such as engineering, Sales admin (including Customer Service), Logistic, Quality, Repair WS, Procurement, Technical support, etc.
4. Fluent Chinese and English is a must; Ability to communicate in French/German would be a great plus;
