职责Responsibilities:
1) 认真贯彻执行质量检验标准，严格执法，不徇私情，正确判决；
Carefully implement quality inspection standards, strictly enforce the law, do not favor personal interests, and make correct judgments
2) 按时完成检验任务，防止漏检、少检和错检，确保生产顺利进行；
Complete inspection tasks on time. Prevent missed, under inspected and mistaken inspections. Ensure smooth production;
3) 认真填写质量检验记录，做好数字准确、字迹清晰、结论明确，并将检验记录分类建档保存；
Fill in the quality inspection records carefully, ensure accurate numbers, clear handwriting, clear conclusions, and keep the inspection records classified and archived
4) 贯彻执行检验状态标识的规定，防止不同状态的物资、产品混淆，检查、监督生产过程中的状态标识执行情况，对不符合要求的予以纠正。
Implement the regulations on the identification of inspection status. Prevent confusion of materials and products in different states. Inspect and supervise the implementation of status identification in production process, and correct the findings.
5) 负责进料、过程和成品的质量状况的统计和分析工作，并提出改进的意见和建议。
Be responsible for statistics and analysis of quality status of feeds, processes and products. Give suggestions for improvement
6) 加强巡检，特别要加强质控点的巡检，发现问题及时纠正。
Strengthen patrol inspection, especially at quality control points, which to be able to find problems and correct them in time.
7) 发现重大质量问题立即向生产、上级领导反映，以便及时采取措施，减少损失。
If major quality problems were found, report them immediately to the production and superiors to be able to reduce losses and figure out the solutions.
8) 确定检验所需工装需求，确保质量得到控制控制；
Determine requirements of tooling for inspection to ensure quality control.
9) 认真参加培训学习，努力提高自身的综合素质。

要求Requirements:
1) 具有大专以上文化程度；具有2年以上同行业实际工作经验；
College degree or above; more than 2 years of actual work experience in the same industry;
2) 制冷/机电专业
Major in refrigeration or electromechanical
3) 通晓IRIS体系
Know about the IRIS system
4) 熟悉产品的零部件及生产工艺，熟悉产品检验标准；
Familiarize to the spare parts and components of the product. Delicate on production process and product inspection standards
5) 了解项目管理流程及方法，熟练掌握FMEA、ＱＣ七大手法等应用工具
Understand the project management process and methods. Master the application tools such as FMEA and QC.
6) 熟练使用各种实际工作中所需的各种量具
Proficient in using all kinds of measuring tools required in practical work
