监督ERP系统中的收货、入库、出库、调拨、退料等操作。
Supervise ERP operations including receiving, storage, issuing, transfers, and returns.
确保单据、系统与实物三者相符。
Ensure consistency between documents, system data, and physical stock.
协调采购、生产、质量部门，确保收货与入库的及时与准确。
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality to ensure timely and accurate receiving and storage.
3. 库存控制与优化 / Inventory Control & Optimization
监控库存水平，防止呆滞料、缺料或超储。
Monitor stock levels to prevent excess, shortages, or obsolete inventory.
提出合理的安全库存与补货建议。
Recommend appropriate safety stock levels and replenishment plans.
优化仓库布局与存储方式，提高效率。
Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to improve efficiency.
4. 盘点管理 / Stocktaking & Cycle Counting
制定并组织实施年度、季度、月度及循环盘点计划。
Develop and organize annual, quarterly, monthly, and cycle counting plans.
确保盘点符合德国总部与财务审计要求。
Ensure stocktaking complies with HQ and financial audit requirements.
分析盘点差异，查明原因并制定改进措施。
Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
定期向财务、生产及总部汇报盘点结果，确保账物一致。
Report stocktaking results to Finance, Production, and HQ to ensure data accuracy.
推动盘点数字化与系统化，确保ERP准确率≥98%。
Promote digitalized/systematic stocktaking with ERP accuracy ≥98%.
5. 物流与关务配合 / Logistics & Customs Coordination
配合物流关务专员，确保进出口货物的仓储与报关符合规定。
Support Logistics & Customs Specialist to ensure compliance in import/export storage and customs clearance.
优化国际物流与仓储衔接，保障交付时效。
Optimize integration between international logistics and warehouse operations to ensure delivery timeliness.
6. 安全与合规管理 / Safety & Compliance Management
确保仓库符合EHS及消防规范。
Ensure warehouse compliance with EHS and fire safety standards.
监督危险品与精密物料的安全存储。
Monitor safe storage of hazardous and sensitive materials.
建立风险防控机制，杜绝安全隐患。
Establish risk prevention measures to eliminate safety hazards.
7. 持续改进与对标管理 / Continuous Improvement & Benchmarking
与德国总部沟通，吸收先进经验并落地实施。
Communicate with German HQ to adopt best practices and implement improvements.
推动仓储作业自动化与信息化。
Promote warehouse automation and digitalization projects.
持续优化流程，降低库存与管理成本。
Continuously optimize processes to reduce inventory and management costs.
