Tasks and responsibilities：
Plant Management：
a) Plan and coordinate setup of factory and buildup of production and warehouse capacity including all necessary structures and processes;
b) Develop production plan, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met;
c) Recruit and supervise a team of production, warehouse and quality control staff;
d) Implement operating policies and procedures in compliance with Germany factory as well as local government, public and other authorities’ requirement;
e) Optimize operational processes utilizing human resources, machines and equipment to ensure operation run smoothly and efficiently;
f) Oversee project procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow and minimize downtime;
g) Implement lean manufacturing, six sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
h) Coordinate in close team work with finance, admin, purchasing, EHS and quality department, managed by Vice General Manager；
i) Communicate closely with the production and technical team in Germany, and the sales and marketing team in Mainland China, to update the production process and know-how from time to time;
j) Coordinate and follow up of delivery dates with suppliers, including Quality Control of incoming material；
k) Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure that the operation’s equipment, facility and processes are in conformance with government and local EHS regulations;
l) Responsible for regular training on occupational safety, health, fire protection, and environ-mental protection.；
m) Budget responsibilities including forecast and control, P&L owner and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability;
n) Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive performance improvements;
o) Identify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives to enhance business sustainability;
p) Inventory control and valuation based on standard costing and actual costing;
Others：
a) Create targets for EHS-related management, and define corresponding employees to monitor the execution of the EHS-related procedures/polices according to the company EHS requirements; evaluation of such execution performance and maintain records;
b) Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered；
c) Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized dele-gate.
Requirements:
a) Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
b) Major: Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major.
c) Experience: At least 10 years manufacturing management experience which at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as plant manager or operation manager etc., machine tool industry preferred.
d) Knowledge:
Good understanding of foreign mentality;
Knowledge of gear machines will be a plus;
Strong knowledge of production processes (mechanical assembly environment), ERP systems, Lean/Six Sigma, and quality standard (ISO);
e) Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skill;
Strong competence in building people, team and organization;
Has demonstrated track record of results against challenging goals;
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated change management experiences;
Proficient in written and verbal English.
