1.Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property.

2.Ensure the effective financial management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed. 3.Take control of Capital Project planning, in liaison with management, to ensure capital funding is effectively allocated and budgeted in accordance with company directives and philosophy.

4.Provide input as required into the formulation of the annual Strategic Equity Asset Plan (Owned properties).

6.Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures for each project. Ensure all building codes and relevant ordinance requirements are met and all building department requirements and submissions are submitted and final approval is achieved.

任职要求：

1.University and above.
大学及以上资历。
2.Knowledge and skills of air conditioning, water system, strong and weak electrical system.
空调、水系统、强弱电系统等所有工程方面的知识和技能。
3.Have management ability and good writing and verbal ability.
具有管理技能和良好的书写/表达能力。
4.Able to operate computer software program.
熟练操作办公软件。
5.Proficient in mechanical and electrical engineering installation, equipment operation, maintenance, and related engineering regulations. Engineering related hotel industry experience is preferred.
精通机电工程安装，设备运行、维修和相关工程法规，有酒店行业相关工程经验优先。
6.10 years and above experience and more than 5 years of work experience in luxury brands.
10年以上相关工作经验，拥有5年以上奢华品牌工作经历优先。
7.Candidates with stronger English proficiency will be given priority.
有良好的英语能力者优先。
