Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.

• Develop and execute strategic plans together with department manager to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Identify and support development of new service to the market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote services.

• Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis, and target setting.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Chemistry, Material Science, or related discipline).
-本科或以上学位(化学,材料科学等相关专业)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry.
-至少3年在TIC行业的从业经验
• Familiarity with global chemical regulations (EU, Germany, US); knowledge of food contact material requirements is an advantage.

• Result-oriented, confident, and technically competent with strong business acumen.
