1. Be responsible for the business expansion of testing and certification in the field of power transmission and distribution equipment in Jingjinji and its surrounding areas, and explore new customers (such as power equipment manufacturers, energy enterprises, etc.);

2. Maintain existing customer relationships, formulate personalized solutions, and promote order conversion and repurchase.

3. Collaborate with the technical team to provide professional support, feedback market dynamics and customer demands, and facilitate the optimization of product services;

4. Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars and other activities to enhance the company's brand influence.

Job Requirements:
岗位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power System and Automation, High Voltage Technology or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation in the major.
本科及以上学历,电气工程及其自动化、电力系统及其自动化、高电压技术等相关专业,具备扎实的专业理论基础。
2. Required experience (one of the following is sufficient) :
必需经验(满足其一即可):
- 4 years of working experience in the electrical product testing and certification industry (such as the execution of testing/certification projects or customer service experience for high and low voltage electrical appliances, transformers, new energy products, etc.);
4年电气类产品检测、认证行业从业经验(如高低压电器、变压器、新能源等产品的检测/认证项目执行或客户服务经验);
-4 years of experience in the research and development and sales of electrical products (preferred in fields such as power transmission and distribution equipment and power system integration products).
4年电气产品研发、销售经验(输配电设备、电力系统集成产品等领域优先)。
- Flexible working experience: Generally, 4 years of working experience is required. If there are outstanding sales achievements (such as independently developing large-scale clients or leading projects worth over 10 million), the experience can be relaxed to less than 3 years.
弹性年限:常规要求4年工作经验,若具备突出销售业绩(如独立开拓过大型客户或主导过千万级项目),可放宽至3年以下经验。
3. English proficiency. Have a good command of English and be capable of handling English business communication, email exchanges, etc.
具备较好的英语水平,可承担英文商务沟通、邮件往来等。
4. Core Competencies and qualities 核心能力与素养
- Sales skills: Possess the ability to explore customer needs, conduct business negotiations, and follow up on projects. Those with sales experience in industrial products (especially certification/testing services) are preferred.
销售技能:具备客户需求挖掘、商务谈判、项目跟进能力,有工业类产品(尤其是认证/检测服务)销售经验者优先;
- Teamwork: Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration (such as technical, certification, and customer service teams), capable of efficiently integrating internal resources to facilitate project implementation;
团队协作:擅长跨部门协作(如技术、认证、客服团队),能高效整合内部资源推动项目落地;
- Professional Quality: Result-oriented, adaptable to frequent customer visits (business trips within Shandong Province and across the country), strong stress resistance, and possessing good market sensitivity and customer maintenance awareness.
