Job Description：
Mainly focus on compliance matters （80%）合规事务占80%
1. Support compliance team member to deploy compliance monitoring.
协助合规团队成员执行合规监督工作
2. Support daily compliance team on different compliance projects, including
but not limited to training, reports, data processing, etc.
支持日常合规团队开展不同的合规项目，包括但不限于培训、报告、数据处理等
3. Support compliance team member on compliance investigation different
preparation, documents summary, report draft, files, etc.
协助合规团队成员开展合规调查，包括不同准备事项、文件总结、报告草稿、文件等
Support legal matters （20%） 法律事务占20%
4. Support legal counsel to draft, review and revise contract/bidding
documents and other legal documents for complicated commercial projects to
provide timely legal support to different internal business streams and
functions.
协助法务顾问起草、审查和修改复杂商业项目的合同/招标文件及其他法律文件，为不同内部业务部门和职能提供及时的法律支持
5. Support legal counsel to conduct legal research and analysis on complicated
legal issues for legal advice and consulting services.
协助法务顾问对复杂法律问题进行法律研究和分析，提供法律建议和咨询服务
6. Support to prepare legal trainings and corporate filing matters.
协助准备法律培训和公司备案事务
7. Support paper work related to dispute resolutions in the areas of contract
dispute, employment, etc.
协助处理与合同纠纷、劳动纠纷等争议解决相关的文书工作

Job Requirements：
1. Advanced University degree in Law (with LLB degree, LLM/graduate in
study/graduation as a plus).
拥有大学法律学位（拥有法学学士学位，法学硕士/研究生学历/毕业生优先）
2. Passed Chinese Bar examination as a plus.
通过中国律师资格考试者优先
3. Excellent in both Chinese and English, speaking and writing.
中英文读写能力优秀
4. Previous internship at court, prosecutor or law firm is a plus.
曾在法院、检察院或律师事务所实习经验者优先
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, student leadership is a
plus.
出色的人际交往和沟通技巧，有学生领导力优先
6. Accept business travel if any.

solving, self-motivated, quick learning ability and be able to work under
