Experience: 8+ years in CPM/EPM industry

Education: Undergraduate/Postgraduate. Preferred fields: Finance, Accounting or Information Technology.

• Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship are mandatory and ability to turn ideas into action. It includes creativity, innovation as well as the ability to plan and manage projects to achieve objectives
• Good analytical and interpretation skill
• Good communication and people skill
• Good presentation and documentation skill
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to serve the customer
• Ability to multi-tasks, organized and great time management
• Attention to details
• Hands on experience in requirement gathering and end to end implementation of CPM/EPM solution specifically Budgeting & Planning, Consolidation solutions
• Good knowledge in financial operations and processes specifically Budgeting & Planning processes, Consolidation and Reporting processes
• Added advantages:
 Solution architect in one of the key CPM/EPM solutions in the market (e.g., Oracle, SAP, CCH Tagetik etc.)
 Programming language experience (e.g., SQL language)


Job Description:
• Oversee the delivery of professional services to clients and coordinate with implementation partners, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage relationships with external implementation partners, including selecting partners, defining project scopes, and monitoring partner performance
• Collaborate with Service Director to estimate effort and implementation cost, develop proposals and pricing for professional services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring client feedback and addressing any issues or concerns
• Ensure timely updates to project health, risks, issues and solutions
• Negotiate and finalize professional service contracts with customers and partners, ensuring that terms and conditions are clearly defined and align with the company's policies and objectives
• Collaborate with Service Director to review and approve contract terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks
• Manage project stakeholders and business users in multiple project phases:
 Manage stakeholder’s expectations
 Manage and drive project design workshops
 Manage project implementation
 Manage project documentations
 Coordinate user trainings and UAT
• Assist the Service Director in identifying new opportunities for service offerings and expanding the client base in China
