厂房搬迁项目：
1. Coordinate with the design institute on the fire protection drawings and the workload list of the civil construction.
与设计院协调编制消防图纸和土建施工工作量表。
2. Be responsible for establishment of automatic workshop, the procurement of new equipment, the current equipment renovation and new site layout.
负责自动化车间的建立，新设备的采购，现有设备的改造和新场地的布置。
3. During the relocation, review the equipment transfer list, equipment reuse list, special equipment relocation and so on, and make sure all equipment smoothly transfer and put in normal production.
搬迁期间，审核设备转移清单、设备再利用清单、特殊设备搬迁清单等，确保所有设备顺利转移并投入正常生产。
4. During the relocation, be responsible for layout accounting of public utilities/Ancillary equipment and site arrangement;
在搬迁过程中，负责公用设施/附属设备的布置核算和场地布置；
5. During the relocation, coordinate multiple departments and the construction entity to confirm the construction schedule arrangement, and etc, make sure the project smoothly completed.
搬迁过程中，协调各部门及施工单位确定施工进度安排等，确保工程顺利完成。
Daily jobs:
日常工作：
1. Be responsible for guiding and supervising the daily operation, maintenance, transformation, efficiency improvement and automation upgrade of the manufacturing equipment.
负责指导并监督生产设备日常运行、维护、改造、效率提升、自动化升级工作；
2. Carry out equipment renovation in accordance with the demand for improving production efficiency, participate in the acceptance of renovation projects, ensure the smooth progress of production, and enhance labor efficiency.
根据生产效率提升的需求进行设备改造，参与改造项目的验收，保证生产顺利进行，提高人效；
3. Cooperate with the relating department about the technical optimization and equipment renovation.
配合技术优化及新技术相关的设备改造工作；
4. Be responsible for formulating the annual and quarterly automation upgrade and transformation plans according to Group‘s policy.
负责编制年度、季度集团设备的自动化升级改造计划；
5. Plan and coordinate the equipment upgrades, and conducting technical supervision.
组织设备升级的计划推进和协调，并进行技术监督，主持设备改造升级后的试车验收工作；
6. Be responsible for equipment improvement, maintenance, and repair, in order to effectively enhance equipment utilization and extend the equipment service life.
负责设备改进、设备维护保养检修，有效提高设备利用率，提高设备寿命；
7. Organize the formulation of rules and regulations for the use and maintenance of equipment after upgrading and implement them, and systematically carry out training for the operators following Group’s rules.
组织制定设备升级后使用和维护的规章制度并贯彻执行，从集团层面系统性做好设备操作人的培训落地；
8. Fully support the company's quality management system, maintain the good document and record principle.
全面支持公司业务的质量管理体系，保持良好文件和记录规范以及安全的原则；
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
完成领导交代的其他任务。
Job requirements please see the following：
岗位要求如下：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化相关专业；
2. 8年以上制造业企业生产设备管理工作经验，有镜片行业生产设备管理经验优先；
3. 有20人以上团队管理经验；
4. 熟悉常用厂房设施、公用系统、生产设备的运行、维护维修、改造升级管理；
5. 英语可作为工作语言；
6. 可以base在丹阳或者上海，但如果base上海每周需要2-3天出差丹阳工厂。
