YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shadows and supports FBP on finance operations topics; this person knows a lot and can teach you all the ins and outs of finance at a production site.
• Maintains Bill Of Materials (this means how much does it cost and how much time does it take to produce a batch of a specific product ;
• Is in contact with RAI team on periodic reporting and planning; this is a central team that is responsible for our standard reports and is your partner when you plan the budget for the Site!
• Is responsible for sharing financial results with the Sites - you get to present the financial results of the Site periodically to the Site management team
• Supports on simple projects at the site (simple OEEand Change- overs); As any other company,sites try to continuously improve their operations and efficiency in order to remain or become more competitive; these projects almost always involve financials ;
• Visit other site departments and exchange with trainees from other departments to get a holistic understanding of our production processes

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Finance, Business or Engineering
• Curious in processes and numbers
• Solution oriented
• Affinity with systems, data and digital solutions
• Highly flexible and mobile and ready to explore the world of production finance
• Outspoken and not afraid to ask questions
• Culturally sensitive
• Willing to roll-up the sleeves
• Proficient in English & Chinese, any other language a +
