YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disseminate, clarify, and educate on scientific data, study protocols, meeting abstracts, and professional literature through innovative TL engagement formats
- Identify, profile, and segment Thought Leaders (TLs) in alignment with medical strategy and integrated brand plans
- Contribute to internal understanding of TL interests, expertise, and influence in the medical community
- Submit timely reports on field interactions and events
- Track activities against PMP objectives and the country medical activity plan
- Respond to medical and scientific queries from Medical Societies regarding BHC products
- Provide internal and external scientific support, including training and education initiatives
- Assist Medical Advisors and Market Access teams in presenting new data to hospital formularies and reimbursement decision-makers
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology, or a related field; MD or PhD preferred
- Strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas
- Understanding of clinical trial design and rationale
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build productive relationships internally and externally
- Self-driven with strong results orientation
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience in organizing and executing academic events
- Demonstrated business acumen and insights
- Fluent in English, especially in reading scientific literature
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an MSL or in a similar medical affairs role
