YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the plan of action to ensure the sustainable business growth in the designated territory
- Support the market access of Bayer pharma products in retail channel
- Establish strategic partnership with pharmacy chain businesses by creating shared values and initiate projects for strengthening the collaboration
- Manage market information and conduct business analysis to identify market opportunities and problem areas
- Build a high-performing retail business team in the designated territory
- Based on product tracking and forecasts, allocate resources and control cost effectively
- Establish individual goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with business strategies and objectives and monitor the progress towards them. As a VACC leader, provide coaching and support
- Conduct performance management and development dialogues with subordinates; improve employees’ performance and engagement by coaching; execute performance improvement plans when necessary
- Ensure compliance of all activities carried out in the team, provide regular compliance updates and trainings to subordinates and ensure that the actions are aligned with Bayer’s culture and values
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medical or medicine preferred
- At least 3-year sales management experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience in MNCs preferred
- Market Insights: Ability to conduct market research, identify potential customers, and business opportunities
- Strong communication & negotiation skill with proven records of key account management and business development
- Team Management: Experience in team building and management, capable of motivating the team to achieve goals
- Outcome-Oriented: Ability to define aspirational goals, driving and deliver the quality outcome consistently. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
