YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently achieve sales targets for Bayer Pharma products in the assigned territory through effective key account management of pharmacy chains.
  • Ensure market access for Bayer pharmaceutical products within the retail channel.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with pharmacy chains to support sustainable business growth.
  • Implement marketing campaigns tailored to each pharmacy chain and conduct regular business reviews aligned with market strategy.
  • Collect, analyze, and document market information as required.
  • Ensure all actions align with Bayer’s LIFE values, compliance guidelines, and relevant company regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in medical or pharmaceutical sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and strong business acumen.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
