YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of regional marketing strategy and budget planning for next financial year
- Lead the development of regional marketing campaigns, demand generation campaigns and grower loyalty program in line with national product strategy
- Collaborate with L2 Product team for localized crop strategies and solutions
- Collaborate with L2 Technical team for localized GtM strategy including but not limited to initiatives related to DG, retailer, SCP and channel excellence such as drone, GFM etc.
- Support regional digital initiative (not as individual but part of Unit Supporting Squad responsibility)
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree (Business, Marketing, Agriculture), more than 5 years experience in Agriculture industry
- Focused on outcomes.
- Great balance of strategic thinking and ability to execute at scale. Lead change through logical arguments and passion. Must be able to inspire, challenge, coach and support.
- Ability to listen to viewpoints, synthesize, independent of initial viewpoints.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without hierarchical authority.
- Ability to align company plans to farmer value. Clear structured thinking and communication.
