OUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving sales targets through drug store or end user education.

• Establishing a sales plan and scheduling activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.

• Monitoring and managing pricing among clients.

• Executing product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.

• Identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers while building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

• Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

WHO YOU ARE
• Education level: higher than college degree.
教育水平:大专以上文化程度。
• At least 1 year of working experience in OTC or FMCG within the MNC retail industry, typically managing 100 drugstores.
至少一年的在OTC行业或跨国零售业的快消行业的工作经验,管理过100家药店。
• Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Integrity and a positive attitude.
