YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through drug store or end-user education.
- Establish a sales plan and schedule activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.
- Monitor and manage pricing among clients.
- Execute product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers, building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education level: higher than college degree.
- No working experience required, but a medical/clinic education background is necessary.
- Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity and a positive attitude.
