YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through drug store or end user education.通过药店或终端用户教育实现销售目标。
- Establish a sales plan and schedule your activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.制定销售计划并安排自己的活动以在现场实施销售计划,包括制定拜访议程以确保达成目标。
- Monitor and manage pricing among clients.负责监控和管理客户的定价。
- Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.通过评估客户需求,在拜访现有和新客户时为药店店员提供产品教育,建议合适的产品和服务。
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers while building positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.识别、研究并联系潜在客户,建立积极的关系以产生未来销售和重复业务。
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.将销售线索、客户反馈和竞争对手活动信息转发给组织内的相关联系人,以便应对市场变化和客户需求。
WHO YOU ARE
- Education level: Higher than college degree (大专以上文化程度).
- No working experience required, but a medical/clinic education background is required.无需工作经历,但需具备医疗/临床教育背景。
- Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and integrity.具备良好的领导能力、口头和书面沟通能力、解决问题的能力以及正直的品格。
- At least 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a clinical/medical education background is preferable.至少两年医药行业工作经验,具有临床/医疗教育背景者优先。
- Holding an effective RDPAC certification.持有有效的RDPAC证书。
