YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through scientific promotion and communication with the market department.通过科学推广实现销售指标。
- Create and maintain the image of the company and product through professional academic visits.通过科学拜访,建立和维持公司产品形象。
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including client data management.开发及维持客户关系,包括客户数据维护。
- Be in charge of scientific activities, including cost management.负责科学推广及预算控制。
- Complete CRM visits, provide timely feedback to the market department, and complete sales reports.完成CRM拜访,及时向市场部反馈销售情况,及时完成销售数据报表。
- Carry out activities organized by the sales and market departments.执行销售部及市场部组织的各项活动。
- Deliver scientific promotion with strong education and professionalism independently (for Sr. Medical Representative and Medical Specialist).能够独立进行专业和有力的科学知识推广。
- Play an independent role as a medical professional and support DSM in coaching the team for product learning and client data analysis.
- 能够独立进行客户管理,支持地区经理的管理工作,如对团队成员进行产品知识培训,销售数据,客户数据分析等。
WHO YOU ARE
- Higher than college degree (大专以上文化程度).
- Holding an effective RDPAC certification (具有有效的RDPAC证书): Must for Sr. Medical Representative and Medical Specialist, preference for Medical Representative.
- Relevant working experience (工作经验): Junior Medical Representative (MR): No requirement, but a medical/clinic education background is required. 无需工作经历,医疗教育背景优先; Medical Representative (MR): At least 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a clinical medical education background is preferable.至少两年工作经验,医疗教育背景优先; Senior Medical Representative / Medical Specialist: At least 3 years of working experience in a sales function; experience with top 10 key competitors is preferred.
