YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through drug store or end-user education.实现销售指标,通过药店或终端用户教育。
- Establish a sales plan and schedule activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.建立销售计划,并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划,确保目标达成。
- Monitor and manage pricing among clients.控制客户之间的价格管理。
- Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.在拜访现有和新客户时,根据客户需求对药店人员进行产品培训,并建议适当的产品和服务。
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers, building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.识别、研究并联系潜在客户,建立良好的关系,以促进未来销售和重复业务。

WHO YOU ARE
- Education level: Higher than college degree (大专以上文化程度).
- At least 1 year of working experience in the OTC or FMCG sector in a multinational retail environment, preferably managing 100 drugstores至少一年在OTC行业或跨国零售业的快消品行业工作经验,最好有管理100家药店的经验。
- Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.良好的领导能力,口头和书面表达能力,沟通能力和解决问题能力。
