YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive omni-channel innovation to accelerate Sales Force, empower distribution partner to expand sales channels, enbale omni-Channel engagement for customization.
- Leverage social media Short Video & Livestreaming to accelerate omni-channel demand generation.
- Fully in charge of social media account & content strategy, distribute brand message, Plan and execute public domain event & campaign for Distributor and Farmer Engagement.
- Enable sales force to leverage Douyin, kuaishou, Wechat to build brand awareness and expand farmer reach for demand generation;
- Enable distribution channel to leverage douyin, kuaishou, wechat social media for demand generation;
- Synergize public domain with private domain, enable online to offline to generate customer’s demand via omni-channel solution;
WHO YOU ARE
- More than 5-year digital marketing experience, extensive experience on China market digital solution;
- Extensive experience with short video, livestreaming, content & event marketing;
- Sophisticated at social media organic growth strategy and paid media;
- Extensive experience with B2B/B2C operation in omni channels, sophisticated experience on optimizing customer experience;
- Competency of driving results and customer focus, good analytical abilities; strong communicator with fluent English and Chinese (oral and written), excellent presenter, commercial savvy;
- Bachelor’s degree, Agriculture knowledge, omni-channel innovation mindset is preferred
