General responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. Daily management of trial farm, arrange general operational practices in the field under requirement of fruit manager.
根据水果部经理的要求负责试验基地的日常管理，安排基地内常规操作性工作。
2. Managing and inspecting workers in the field, record daily agricultural activities, including number of workers, main work content, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, etc. 管理和监督工人工作，记录相应的基地农事操作，包括工人数量、工作内容、灌溉、 施肥、修剪，等工作。
3. Taking photos of crops in different period regularly.
规律性拍照记录作物在不同生长阶段的状态。
4. Reporting the main progress and works of trial farm weekly.
每周以报告形式汇报试验基地的进展和主要工作内容。
5. Guarantee the general agricultural activities can be done well in the farm. 确保基地中的基本农事操作按照要求进行开展。
6. Support plantation projects and farm development in Linyi areas 支持在临沂地区的农业种植项目和基地发展工作。
Basic requirements 基本要求:
1. Major in agriculture or related yield
农业及相关专业
2. Computer knowledge (word, excel …)
熟练使用电脑相关软件 （word, excel 等）
3. Good teamwork ability, capable of sustaining the pressure and intensity of the work, can be a business trip
良好的团队协作能力，能承受一定的工作压力与工作强度，可以接受出差。
4. English speaking appreciated.
英语听说读写能力良好者优先。
