工作职责
Develop and manage the businesses cover all channel in Xinjiang&Gansu&Ningxia with our products.Closelywork with distributor, maintain and expand terminal customer relationship to achieve sales targets.
负责发展西北区域全渠道产品销售,管理协助经销商生意推广,维护开发终端客户,完成销售目标。
Tracking customer’s feedback and coordinate with related consultant and R&D staff.
负责跟进客户对产品的反馈,如有需要及时与技术支持和研发的同时沟通协调,及时解决客户做的问题。
Effective marketing data collection and analysis.
较强的市场敏感度,及时了解市场信息,跟进和分析。
Coordination each problem when appeared during sales.
及时与相关部门沟通协调各种销售中出现的问题。
Paper work management including monthly report, etc.
相关销售数据报告的整理。
Requirements:
岗位要求:
Minimum 3-4 years hands-on sales experience in FMCG especially in the bakery and beverage sales field. Baking experience is preferred.
3-4年食品行业的销售及经验,具备烘焙和饮料类渠道的销售经验。有烘焙技术经验优先。
Good communication skill with highest initiatives attitude.
较强的沟通协调能力,主观能动性强。
Willing to travel frequently and in short notice.
能适应短途的出差。
