Context and Main Missions:

The System Engineer is a crucial role, serving as the bridge
between customer requirements and technical implementation. This position leads
the architectural design of new products and technically guides
cross-functional teams to achieve new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer
  Requirement Analysis:
• Effectively
  communicate with customers to understand and clarify their technical
  needs.
• Influence
  customer requirements from a technical perspective, providing
  professional advice and solutions.
• Confirm
  specific technical parameter requirements from customers to ensure
  accuracy and feasibility.
• Flexibly
  respond to customer issues, including challenging situations.
• Product
  Design Translation:
• Translate
  customer requirements into internal product design specifications.
• Design
  product architecture to ensure the product meets customer and market
  needs.
• Project
  Technical Management:
• Technically
  lead cross-functional teams (including electronic engineers, structural
  engineers, software engineers, industrialization engineers, etc.) to
  achieve new product development.
• Lead
  the resolution of major technical challenges or issues during new product
  development.
• Organize
  technical discussion meetings to promote quick problem resolution.
• Set
  up the testing environment for new products.
• Establish
  test cases for new products to ensure performance and quality.
• Documentation:
• Write
  technical documents, including requirement documents, design documents,
  etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s
  or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related
  fields.
• At
  least 3 years of work experience in system engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity
  with the design and development process of current sensors and related
  electronic products.
• Good
  project management skills and team spirit.
• Excellent
  problem analysis and solving skills.
• Good
  English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing
  technical documents.
• Excellent
  communication skills, able to effectively communicate with external
  customers and internal colleagues.
• Systematic
  thinking, able to consider product design and implementation from an
  overall perspective.
• Quick
  learning ability and a lifelong learner.
• Experience
  with inverters in the wind or solar energy industry is preferred.
