基本职责:
Basic Accountabilities:
1.完成销售团队的销售目标达成。
Lead sales team to complete the sales target of the related sales team
2.确保所销售产品的利润,控制销售费用。
Be responsible for profit of products sold, control sales expense.
3.负责应收账款的催缴。
Be responsible for Account Receivable
4.掌握所在地区的市场信息。
Master market information in own sales area
5.寻找新客户,开发和维护客户关系(OEM、终端客户、系统集成商、设计院等)
Find new customers, develop and maintain the business relationship with customers ( OEM, End User, System Integrator, Design Institute)
6.定期更新客户信息及递交销售报告。
Update customer database timely and submit sales report
7.为销售团队做好预测。
Make business forecast for the sales team
8.培训销售人员,激励销售团队。
Coach new sales and motivate the sales team
9.完成公司安排的其他任务。
Perform other duties required by the company
资格要求:
Qualification Requirement:
1.学历:本科以上
Education: Bachelor degree and above.
2.经验:丰富的(直接)销售和销售管理经验
Experience: Enriched (direct) sales and sales team management experience, preferably in the fields automation industry or automation products.
3.技能:
