Job Description

Responsible for the new products(Hydraulic pump) and new technical development.
Responsible for improving the products performance.
Working together with Global team, technical support the product sales in global.
Working together with local team, provide technical support for trouble shooting and 8D reports.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Product design and related work

• Responsible for the new product development, including product analysis, design, calculation and product test verification.
• Responsible for the product performance improvement.
• Responsible for the electrical control system capability building, especially focus on application technology of pump.

Technical support work

• Provide the technical support for product sales in global.
• Provide the technical support for trouble shooting and 8D reports.
• Provide the technical support for product cost down/localization.

Communication

• Good communicate with global engineering team members.
• Good communicate with local team, including other departments to solve the problems.

Other

• Well down to complete the assigned tasks.
• Willing to accept and challenge new work.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• BS degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulics Engineering.
• 3-5 years working experience on Hydraulics.
• Self-motivated.
• Good communication, learning ability.
• Team-work spirit.
