Job Description：
• Ensure general ledgers are in line with Danfoss accounting manual and PRC regulation
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in Month-end Closing (MR/QR) and Year-end closing (AMA/ASA)
• Local Business assets and liability are in correct record and sufficient control
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliation, and ensure proper follow-up
• Perform Pre-MR trial statement review with manager
• Assist in external audit and internal audit
• Assist in resolve issues related with RtR process
• Monitor KPI results to meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of RtR process across various entities in China Region
• Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with SOX and other corporate requirements
• Support global & regional projects & initiatives in RtR process

Background and skills：
• University graduated with the major of Accounting/Finance/Business Management or equivalent; CPA or other accounting certificates would be a plus
• Good command of English (written and verbal) , Korean or Janpanese is a plus
• Good MS office skills, especially good at office Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially good at SAP
• Accounting experience with good knowledge about PRC GAAP and IFRS
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
