Responsibilities:
1. Target & KPI:
— In charged account/ area / channel/ industry/ product/ qty /amt sell-in /out target & other quality KPI.
2. Actions Execution for Daily Achievement:
— Continuously Promote Sony products / solution to targeted end-user customers.
— Follow up & support Dealer / SI Accounts from leads to pipeline to project bid to achieve the sales result.
— Initiate necessary for PJ pre-sales tech support.
— Continuously develop new pipeline by new PJ / existing parc replacement.
— Communicate with in charged dealer / SI for joint sales PDCA.
3. Account Management:
— Develop & maintain sustainable network with in charged end-user customers.
— Develop & maintain good partnership with in charged dealer / SI.
4. Data & Market Information Reporting:
— Leads / 3- month rolling pipeline continuously update.
— Dealer / SI P-S-I or other necessary information for PJ following up.
— Collection of market information.
5. Upsell Opportunity Consistently Development:
— Continuously develop new potential end-user customers for in charged industry / area.
— Continuously initiate &develop new industry / new demand with new product / solution.
— Continuously develop capable dealer / SI for in charged industry / area.
6. Admin Related:
— AR Collection.
— Work with admin or other teams for Project support ( Document, Logistic Arrangement, etc. ).
— As window person to account, initiate account requests to other Teams.
7. Support Various Promotional Activities: Support product promotion activates or other company events.
Requirements:
1. With Strong Sales Sprit & Self-Motivated and demonstrate a keen ability to effectively drive deals.
2. Good communication with strong presentation skills and exceptional negotiation skills.
3. Strong logical thinking and strong numerical acumen.
4. Strong product learning ability.
5. Qualified team player.
6. Strong stress management skills.
7. Good command of data analysis.
8. Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese.
9. Be able to take biz travel frequently.
10. Bachelor or above.
11. At least 2 above years working experience in sales area. Exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
12. Experience working in a multicultural corporate environment is preferred.
