Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Team to Achieve the Sales Target by:
Comprehensive Industry/ Account / Dealer / Team Member Sales Planning.
Daily Operation Management & PDCA.
Market or Other Data Analysis.
Involving in Account Communication by necessity, network and leadership among the partners.
2. Lead the Team to Achieve all Sales & Marketing Activities & Quality Control.
Marketing Activities to promote Sony Products & Solution, Growth or Competition.
Market Development by Industry / Area / Category & Customer Relationship.
3. Problem Solving & Escalating.
4. Team Motivation & People Management.
Team Member Coaching.
Develop Potential Staffs.
5. Other Overall Management.
Necessary Activities to Control the Operation Quality, AR / Inventory and so on.
Compliance Management.
Key Competencies & requirements:
1. Strong Sales Sprit & Sense of Accountability.
2. Business Acumen & Learning Capability, Keen to Product & Industry, Data Analysis
3. Skillful Operation Management & Driving Execution.
4. Good Interpersonal Communication & Logic.
5. Strategic Thinking Preferred.
6. Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese.
7. Good command of data analysis.
8. Be able to work under pressure.
9. Be able to take biz travel frequently.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above.
2. Experience in multinational working environment preferred.
