Responsibilities:
1. Product Training Management:
Based on needs of the shopfront and in line with Marketing product strategy, develop product training materials (including product training, sales talk, demonstrations, and competitive training, etc.). Lead the national training team to achieve the sales target.
2. Product Test:
Execute Marketing product strategy, conduct tests and research on new products and competitors. Develop product solution through testing and provide feedback.
3. Customer Seminar & Activity Onsite Support:
Execute Marketing COI strategy, develop seminar and tutorial for customers, carry out customer seminars in SS and camera shop. Improve customer satisfaction and enhance retention sales.
4. Technology Support:
Co-Work with MK and the 2B channel closely, provide technical support to professional customers, maintain customer relationships, and create sales opportunities.
5. Content Creation:
Lead the team to output content for Marketing needs, including the official promotion content, tutorials, and SS KOS content.
6. SS Display Management:
Be responsible for the display management of Sony Stores, design the SS display guidelines, demonstration, and perform PDCA on the display effect
