Main Responsibilities:

Execute company & purchasing strategy and policies.

Release and adjust purchase orders according to the production demand.

根据生产需求发放和调整采购订单。

Track the execution progress of purchase orders and handle abnormal issues (such as delays and quality problems).

跟踪采购订单执行进度，处理异常问题（如延期、质量问题）。

Be responsible for the planning and control of material inventory, as well as the
analysis and handling of OSMI.

负责物料库存计划和控制，分析和处理呆滞库存。

l
Monitor the consumption of materials, formulate replenishment strategies, set safety stock standards and make dynamic adjustments.

监控物料消耗情况，制定补货策略，设定安全库存标准并动态调整。

l
Establishment and maintenance the main parameters of ERP.

创建并维护ERP系统中物料的属性。

l
Import BOM according to the production plan requirements and maintain the existing BOM in the ERP.

根据生产计划需求导BOM进入ERP系统，维护系统中已有BOM。

Based on the material inventory and order situation, provide exact suggestions and assist the relevant departments in determining the machine order delivery date.

根据物料库存及订单情况，给出确切建议，协助相关部门确定机器订单交期。

Work together with related department on materials status.

与相关部门一起处理物料状况。

l Cooperate with Finance for the invoice.

配合财务开具发票。

l
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

部门经理安排的其他任务。

Qualifications：

资历要求：

Above more than 5 years’ work experience in related purchasing field, working experience in large machinery manufacturing enterprises is a plus.

5年以上采购工作经验，5年以上大型机械制造企业工作经验。

Self-motivator, and willingness to work under pressure.

上进心强，愿意在压力下工作。

PC skills, ERP experience.

电脑操作技巧，ERP经验。

Fluent in English speaking and written.

流利的英语口语和写作能力。

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

优秀的谈判和沟通能力。

EHS and quality awareness.

具备EHS和质量意识。

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical design or engineering background preferred.
