岗位职责:

1. 遵照翻班主管的指示，安全和有效的工作。
Follow Production Supervisor instructions to work safely and efficiently.
2. 保持安全，质量和生产力的最高水平。
Keep the highest level of safety, quality and productivity.
3. 确保生产计划及时完成。
Ensure that the production plan fulfilled timely.
4. 在轮班期间操作生产工艺并且采取控制措施确保产品质量在规定的范围之内。
Operate the production process during the shift and take control measures to ensure consistent product quality within our specifications is achieved.
5. 排除工艺故障和采取必须的纠正措施。
Trouble-shoot process disturbances and take the necessary corrective actions.
6. 联系维修和工程人员进行车间内的维修活动，包括亲自参与。
Liaison with maintenance and engineering personnel for any repairs and maintenance activities in the plant, including personal involvement.
7. 确保良好的卫生状况，依照程序和当地政府规章正确的处理废料。
Ensure good housekeeping and proper waste disposal according to procedures and governmental regulations.

Requirements:
- 至少高中毕业或化工相关专业中专/技校毕业；
- 2年以上化工行业相关工作经验，熟悉化工设备、机械设备优先考虑。
- 具备基本的聚合物知识和批量操作经验。英文是加分项，有叉车执照者优先考虑。
