岗位职责:

Objectives:
• Independently manage small- to medium-sized capital projects. Handle overall management responsibilities related to the engineering, design, construction, commissioning and startup of projects within entire site.
• On larger projects, work as a team member in cooperation with the Project teams on behalf of BPCC M&E.

Main Tasks:
1. EHSS Responsibilities：
Responsible for himself about safety, EHSS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care Codes of the site to ensure compliance and safe activities.
2. Project management：
Responsible for reviewing specification and procedure, cooperating with design institute for design review, cost estimates, targeted schedule, change order review, supporting and coordinating for QA/QC management work, pre-commissioning and commissioning support, punch inspection punch killing and so on, to meet high expectations for safety, quality, timing and cost.
3. Project technical documents：
Responsible for project technical documents management, ensure the DMS system roll out, develop the methodology of electronic documents update, keep project technical documents updated on time.
4. Others：
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by leader.

• Education:本科及以上，化学机械工程/机械/项目管理等相关专业；
• Working Experience:3-6年左右相关工作经验，石化/化工/工程公司等行业背景，条件优秀可放宽至应届毕业生；
• Other requirements:心态积极，踏实苦干，寻求发展；
• English: CET4.
