工作职责：Job responsibilities:

（1） 协助公司领导正确执行国家法律、法规,对公司重大经营决策活动提供法律意见。

（2） 参与起草、审核公司各种技术、经济、服务合同及重要的规章制度,对公司规章制度及其条款的合法性负责。

（3） 开展与公司生产经营有关的法律咨询,整理汇编公司业务需要的各种法律、法规和规章等。

（4） 接受公司法定代表委托,代理公司参加诉讼和非诉讼活动,帮助公司运用法律手段解决经济纠纷,维护公司合法权益。

任职资格: Qualifications

1.教育背景：法学等相关专业本科以上学历，有律师资格证。

2. 工作经验：3年以上企业法律事务工作经验。

Working experience: above 5 years working experience in corporate legal affairs.

3. 能力：熟悉掌握并能熟练运用合同法、公司法、劳动法等法律法规。具有一定的争议解决能力和语言文字表达能力，熟悉诉讼和仲裁程序。能认真执行公司的各项规章制度及重大决定。
