Job Responsibilities

* Support compliance-related initiatives pertaining to Lenovo and its affiliates, including but not limited to developing and implementing trade compliance controls, and conducting compliance risk assessments.
* Assist to draft assessment reports and develop written policies and procedure for business. Provide continuous monitoring of control processes and implement corrective actions.
* Continuous monitor and validate all trade compliance control processes and tools to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
* Provide business with regulatory updates relating to trade and sanctions and conduct impact analysis on business operation.
* Review sanctioned party screening and ECCN product classification process to ensure control effectiveness.
* Review and audit sanction party screening result and ECCN product classification determination.
* Provide IT recommendations on how to automate compliance checking and streamline processes.


Job Qualifications

Professional Background
* Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably Law, Finance, Accounting, and Science-related fields.
* 8 + years of experience in compliance areas in reputable law firms, audit firms, or well-known multi-national companies, with minimum 5 years of experience in import/export control or economic sanctions-related work, with a good understanding of U.S. and Chinese export control, economic sanctions, and counter-sanctions laws and regulations.Language and Skills.
* Fluent in English, which should be used as the working language. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
* Strong execution ability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications
* Overseas study experience or relevant experience in import/export control and sanctions compliance is preferred.
* Relevant experience in internal compliance program review and audit.
* Interest in legal technology, project management, or digital tools is a plus.

* High stress tolerance to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

岗位要求：
专业背景
* 本科或硕士学位，法律、金融、会计或科学相关专业优先；
* 在信誉良好的律师事务所或审计师事务所，知名跨国公司拥有8年以上合规领域工作经验，其中至少5年从事进出口管制或经济制裁相关工作，并对美国和中国的出口管制、经济制裁及反制裁法律法规有深入的了解。

语言与能力
* 英语流利，能够作为日常工作语言，具备清晰的书面及口头表达能力；
* 具有较强的执行力、责任心和团队合作能力。

优先条件
* 海外留学或有相关进出口管制与制裁合规工作经验者优先；
* 具备内部合规项目审查和审计方面的相关经验。
* 对法律科技、项目管理或数字化工具感兴趣者优先。

* 具有快速学习能力，能够在短时间内掌握公司合规政策并应用于实际工作；
* 抗压能力强，能够在快节奏环境下保持高效工作；
