Job Responsibilities;
1.Manage for ODM programs mech parts qualification, coverage new supplier's part quality activities from prototype to mass production,
2.Coordinate the communication between mfg site and supplier. chair the Quarterly performance review meeting with mfg site and supplier. Provide seamless support from supplier to mfg site.
3.Qualify mech part and tooling for on-time delivery, manger tooling capacity for ODM programs.
4.Taking ownership for field parts issue and keep driving supplier’s improvement to meet Lenovo KPI.
5. As part of a team involved for Digitizing program, participate in UAT and proposal for optimization.

Job Requirements:
1. BS in engineering, chemical, materials Science area (mechanical preferred) plus 2-3 years working experience
2. Be familiar with molding/stamping, CNC, surface treatment process (painting, anodizing, plating, PVD, feather.) or raw material(metal, resin, Mg/al, glass, CFRP/GFRP)
3. Good knowledge in each process including tech concept, parameters and solution for optimization or properties of materials, compositions, material manufacturing process, and analysis tech.
4. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000/14000, Strong supplier & process qualification experience.
5. Strong data analysis and initiative and problem-solving skills
6. Good Communication & presentation skill; Self-motivated, quick learner, computer & office etc.
7. Has knowledge about quality management, LSS GB/BB is preferred.
8. Mult program management skill, PMP is a plus.
