RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspection on SA&WB aircrafts following electrical reworks performed by production under the leadership of Quality Cross Plant;

• Perform inspection on SA&WB aircrafts following mechanical system performed by production under the leadership of Quality Cross Plant;

• Raised non-conformity and Concession on relevant items

• Ensure all the work has been correctly recorded in the relevant system (ALB, NC, SAP ….).

• Customer satisfaction (C&DC & ATDC) on Cross-Plant operational performance.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Inspection:

• Carry out quality Inspections according to the defined standards: Final control and certification of work-orders.

• Carry out inspection of Out of sequence works.

• Participate and support the first implementation of work Order.

• Participate in work order risk analysis.

• Participate and support the Industrial process qualification.

• Raise Non Conformance and attest the conformity after disposition implementation.

• Ensure appropriate A/C records.

Operational Surveillance Product, Process and People:

• Ensure operational surveillance Product, Process and People) according to the surveillance plan.

• Verify records done by self-inspection operators, perform checks accordingly.

Preventive/Corrective:

• Participate in the identification of the quality issues which require corrective actions.

• Participate in the Practical Problem Solving and ensure the effectiveness of the corrective actions selected.

Others:

• Contribute to the assessment and qualification of operators.

• Allocate concessions when necessary.

• Support Cross Plant Manufacturing Engineering.

• Take care of the FOD prevention on aircraft and highlight to the management any deviation or risk witness.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT

• Master or Bachelor degree with aviation specialty.

• Above 2 years related working experience in electric and mechanic or quality.

• High flexibility to work in other teams/functions when needed.

• Good knowledge and skills in Production Organization and Quality System.

• Good knowledge and skills in Airbus documents system.

• Strong problem solving ability and stress resistance.

• Good communication and negotiation skills in English.

• Self-motivated and self-directed.

• Team player.

• Able to work on normal/late/night shifts.
