职位描述
PROFILE
- High skilled engineer with strong technical background. Investigation experience is a must.
- Good communication skills and high English level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct proactively investigations on technical issues. Lead appropriate corrective and preventive actions and ensure that the responsible function performs the actions.
- Promote best practices and provide proposals concerning quality standard and process improvement
- Contribute to the continual improvement of Product Quality and lead actions in FAL-A
- MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Manage QSR both FAL caused and coordinated the external QSR with A/C impacted in FAL TJN, also as POM Rep. for FAL & Cross-plant TJN in MC.QU.02.03
- Implement SARI/Event (CAPRI)process, ensure the compliance and adherence of quality processes and standards
- Drive the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Action for improvement of quality of AC & complex quality issues, including the effectiveness check of Corrective/Preventive Action.
- Document and address Root Cause Analysis and Containment/Corrective/Preventive action requests via Event internally and toward suppliers/Plant and follow up
- Drive the investigation and action deployment of Cross-FAL topics in FAL-A (Action plan management in CAPRI tool)
- Investigate In Service Event in FAL-A perimeter and take corrective/preventive action
- Initiate quality warning for cross-FAL issues and investigate and feedback quality warning for cross-FAL issues
- Perform quality Analysis and identify repetitive issues (NC, Concession) and review with related stakeholders (Production, ME, MAP, QLS, Logistic etc.) and action follow up.
- Manage KPI report and Perform Quality performance analysis(CnQ, SARI, Concession, PPS,QSR etc.)
- Manage the AOS-QPS bricks, such as CnQ, CPB, PPS etc.
- Support the investigation of FOD (Foreign Object Damages) occurrence in FAL-A
- Manage CPB (Customer Protection Board) Process
- Launch CPB (Customer Protection Board) based on the request
- Perform PPS process (Practical Problem Solving),
- Share best practice cross-FALs

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
- Experienced on conducting investigations and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good sense of logical and engineering concept
- Fluently English speaking and writing
- Science or Engineering College degree
- Excellent communication skills. Especially communication with all the other QCM communities in Airbus Group (Germany, France, Spain, UK…).
- Good technical knowledge of manufacturing processes or Quality management (such as 8D Report, 7 QC Tools)
- Good Experience with MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
