Responsibilities:

1. For daily maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan, reply to maintenance requests.

2. Support EHS relevant activities. Perform preventive maintenance tasks and work orders Generate a follow up issue if necessary during perform PM Perform corrective maintenance Cooperate with engineering on spare parts supply and other needs

3. Register all maintenance activities

4. Training for maintenance team or/and end user

5. Provide support on request (calibration, standby etc.)

6. Provide technical cleaning

7. Overhaul maintenance

General:

Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, tools, and materials used in the maintenance. Industry safety practices and procedures. Knowledge of the Industry quality control in all aspects of the job.

Basic:

1. Understanding of technical work instructions and drawings

2. Reading and understanding of technical manuals and procedures

3. Experience in maintenance

1. Health condition allowing the following exposition: G20 (noise),

2. G37 (workstation computer)

3. G25 (Moving, control and monitoring activities)

4. English language written and spoken

5. Comfortable in International environment

6. Be initiative to work, under pressure and flexible

7. Minimum 5 years working in productive equipment maintenance

8. Mechanical and electrical engineer bachelor or long experience in maintenance

Outputs

1. The jobholder is responsible to perform maintenance activities, available 99.9%.

2. The jobholder is responsible with the ACOLJ management to have a customer satisfaction of 90%.
