R&D Team Lead

Responsibility
- Software development for medium voltage drives, including firmware, new applications, and
motor control.
- Fast technical support to customers, and analyze root causes and fix bugs.
- Follow development processes and participate SCRUM and agile activities.
- Working as a friendly and proactive member in the organization.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Automation.
- 2 years of experience in the field of drives, power electronics or motor control.
- Be experienced on C, C++, python and matlab.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and a team player.
