Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
Support channel manager to implement channel program and channel policy for different business line. Support to launch and training channel program, channel policy for sales team and channel partners.
Visit channel partners regularly. Attend the regular channel sales review with sales team, Submit the monthly channel partner’s performance report. Channel partner Sales forecast & Target Planning.
Submit and management the Salesforce and I process report regularly. Provide Channel data and analytic report.
Responsible for the process and implementation of channel partner’s annual authorization, renewal and terminal work.
Management and processing the channel partner’s conflict and cross selling. Project registration and protection’s tracking and management.
Responsible for the data integrity and analytical support for channel management department and sales team.
Work closely with the sales teams and financial team. Cross functional communication.
Organize the country/region/BL channel partner conference and channel training activities.
Launch and execute training module and certification for channel partner network.
Prepare the channel documents and related files for internal and external audit work.
Support to build up the channel partner management platform through I process system and Power BI tool.
Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
Bachelor’s degree in industrial Robot/ industrial automation/electrical engineering or related major, MBA is prefer
5+ years professional experience in Industrial Sales/ Channel Sales management/ business intelligence related. Channel sales experience preferred
Strong cross functional communication skills
Result oriented
Highly proficient in SAP, Sales performance data analysis ability, Business Presentation skills
Prove experience of engaging multiple stakeholders in China
Quick learner, open mind set and independent worker
Strong cross functional communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
