Your role and responsibilities

Acts as a business partner to the relevant business. Supports in effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

The work model for the role is: onsite


You will be mainly accountable for:

• ● Drives business planning and forecasting process for their area of responsibility.

  ● Analyzes business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions

  ● Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant business colleagues to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility.

  ● Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.

  ● Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.

  ● Improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial planning.

Qualifications for the role

• ● Strong finance professional with at least 8 years experiences running sizeable business as finance partner.

  ● Experiences in Automotive Industry or engineering projects is highly preferred.

  ● Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.

  ● Role model for HSE/compliance/internal controls.

  ● Analytical mindset with ability to influence decision-making.
